Excellent vintage condition no holes rips or loose stitching no stains Full lining is also linen The fabric is very lightweight and a little sheer like gauze The details on this skirt are very beautiful Lace work is in a v shape on the front of the skirt and also on the tips of the sash The lace is a flower pattern elastic waist Size tag is missing but I would say this is a S Please review measurements listed in inches measured flat from front view Waist 12 inches not stretched 14 stretched 24 inches hip 32 across the bottom hem these are the measurements from the under lining which is not gathered Overlay measurements are 44 inch swing on center and about a 68 inch swing for the bottom hem when the skirt is fanned 41 inch length down side Sash is 78 inches long Please email any questions that you can think of before purchasing.
